
Penny Stone is a community musician based in Edinburgh. She believes that everyone can sing and works with diverse groups, mostly facilitating acapella harmony singing. Penny is passionate about the potential that group singing has to improve the lives of people living with shared experiences as well as the potential to improve the physiological and social wellness of people living with chronic health conditions such as Parkinson’s or dementia. Penny is passionate about radical music making, helping to integrate singing into movements working towards social and environmental justice. She writes short, accessible songs for groups to learn by ear.
