Stonehouse Male Voice Choir was founded in 1936 after a few builders started singing during their lunch break. The Choir now has over 30 members aged from 12 to 80+, and performs around 10 concerts a year to audiences all over the West of Scotland.
The Choir’s repertoire is wide and varied ranging from classical music, church music, music from the shows and light popular music under the direction of Kristine Donnan, our musical director, and Lynsey Hamilton, our accompanist. Over the years we have recorded 5 CDs and 1 DVD and all our music is available for digital download or online music streaming.
